As referred to in another article about these gas prices and the dilemma of rising prices with everything from gasoline to textiles, why isn't it that Uncle Sam does not have better control over this market when there has been a chronic repetition of our being over a barrel? The simple answer is politics and politicians.

It began back when we engaged with the mid east in their oil surplus for an increasing transportation market...auto, rail, and flight. Add to this the innovations in manufacturing that catapulted an increased demand for middle eastern crude; of which fresh water was more valuable than oil in that region. The bargaining began until it seized Uncle Sam by the you know whats.

As also stated, drilling for more oil is not really the answer when we don't have the refineries to convert to market use. It was discovered with technology in many of these mid eastern countries that they could drill and refine, with virtual slave labor, costing them pennies on the dollar; whereas, it would cost us dollars to do it here in the states; therefore, continue to import. The reason more refineries were not built by any big oil companies was due to cost justification during both Republican and Democratic administrations; especially, if the price of crude could have the bottom to fall out at any given time. What to do??

Big oil has decided to play the market with the average American wage earner caught in the vise by the you know whats? Even T. Boone Pickens saw this fiasco coming down the line; thus, why he decided to get out of the oil arena as much as possible. Now, he just wants to "frack" us with natural gas. It appears that the Obama Administration's rush to navigate us to a more crude free society might be the only option of economic survival.    

I's Be Yo' Anti-Obama 

Allen (black bobble head) West represents what George Bush, 41 did when appointing Clarence (Uncle Ruckus) Thomas to the Supreme Court. Uncle Ruckus represented the ideal anti-Thurgood Marshall in white folks' eyes and would be the Republicans' version of a "black Bjork".

Consequently, this move by Bush 41, and the call by Glenn Beck to support West, simply validated that no political party(even when President Johnson was compelled by time and history to appoint Marshall) has really been in favor of any American black being in power, unless they felt they had him under their thumb, so to speak. This is especially true with the Republican Party. That's why the "birthers" and "T-Baggers" were so desperate to have Barack Obama not be a native born American black. Unfortunately, this is true of  Presidents Jefferson and Lincoln...in their never really wanting to grant total freedom in mind, body, and spirit to their chattel.

President Obama comes closest than anyone since America's founding in being that symbol of a "free black man" as shown in his leadership. It simply scares the hell out of white America in general and especially those white racists with a guilty conscience. Therefore, bring out the anti-Obama in this "nigger West" or "nigger Cain" or "nigger Thomas" or any other nigger that will get these slaves that are about to discover "true freedom" back in the box.

A Most Absurd Rumor ??

Rumor has it that former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice may be requested by potential Republican presidential candidate Mitch Daniels to become his vice-presidential consideration. All I have to say is don't do it Madam Secretary and besmirch your place in history by simply becoming an "anti-Obama" tool to save these fools, birthers, and T-baggers.
