The Tribune Online, 129
A Libel Suit
An injunction will be filed for libel against Claudia Whitworth who's the owner and publisher of the Roanoke Tribune community newspaper. Unfortunately, Claudia chose to publicly cause me harm by her defamation and distortions about my business "The Roanoke Tribune.com" an online publication, of which was created in cooperation with her son, Stan Hale.
The Roanoke Times, the major metropolitan newspaper for the Roanoke Valley seized upon the release by Claudia Whitworth, and spread the distortions without any fact checking whatsover, creating even more widespread character assassination.
I have contacted them both asking for a public apology for this misrepresentation, and they have both chosen to ignore my request. I have therefore been advised by legal counsel to proceed with an injunction for an amount greater than one million dollars.

Libel Suit Against Claudia Whitworth and The Roanoke Tribune:
Stan,
In the interest to be honorable as to my intentions and goals since establishing my businesses in Roanoke...INFOBUCK.COM and The Roanoke Tribune.com, I deem it fair to inform you, that since your mother and your business have been uncooperative in reconciling this dispute, that it leaves me no alternative except to proceed with a libel suit in circuit court by the 26th of this month.
Sincerely,
Bobby Buck

For the Record:
Not only was Claudia Whitworth one of my first customers when establishing my site "TheRoanokeTribune.com" but her daughter, Eva Shaw of Mary Kay, was one of the first people that I designed a webpage to promote her business with my solely-owned online publication.
