Civil Rights' Organizations and the R.O.I.
During the 50's and 60's, the Civil Rights' Organizations clearly had distinct purposes for their existences, and that was to organize and defend a people that had no defenses, locally, state, or federally. Along came some very brave and noble individuals of whom I dare not list for the sake of leaving out someone that played a role in this struggle, from the "drum major" to the many float builders in this parade for racial justice, in supposedly the most liberty-oriented nation on earth...so "they" wanted the world to believe, until the television cameras showed the hypocrisy and deception.
It appears that as of November 2, 2010, "they" will be back, to undo all that was done by the sacrifices of the many...and whose fault will it be? You may want to break right here, and take a look in the mirror. This brings me to my point. If the current civil rights' organizations cannot get the "black vote" out en masse, what good are they? In other words, I see no R.O.I or return on investment for the blood, sweat, and tears by those who paid the ultimate price for this obligation in maintaining "freedom". It seems to me that the only ones who are "phat" from these organizations are the office holders, e.g., the right Reverends "Nutscutter" and "Al B. Conked" featured commentators on the TJMS, and if Tom Joyner can't see the ruse for what it is, he's really a dumb disc jockey, going along for the sake of entertainment rather than truly informing.
Nevertheless, when "they" get the chance to drop the axe on the domestic budget, it will feel like a kick in the pants that may not have been felt in the last fifty years. Brother Barack, a real barometer for the progress made and could have been made, will have his hands tied, and you, take a break and look in the mirror, will be the only ones to blame, while "they" are kicking your butt, on every front legally permissable.
Hard Lessons of Biblical Proportion
Reviewing the destruction of Samson and Sodom and Gomorrah, metaphors for modern times...could it be that a man's strength was physiologically in his hair or that a people was destroyed because of homosexuality? I think not. I think that Samson's strength was in his mind and his loyalty to his "God" with a connection in a physical sign which happened to be his hair...so he thought. However, when he threw away that connective loyalty with his sense of strength for the "seductress" (didn't necessarily have to be a woman), he felt true weakness, kind of like Adam and Eve taking of the "forbidden fruit"... the consequence of disloyalty.
The story was that the people of Sodom and Gomorrah became so vile, that they threw away all sense of loyalty to "God" and sank to the point of seeking every physical pleasure from "disturbing rap", "material bling", "educational ignorance", forsaking the needs of their health, drug abuse, and the costly abandonment of their offspring, that the display of disloyalty to not only "God" and their ancestry, who suffered more than any other race to deliver these "sorry, lazy cowards"... who won't even take so much as a few minutes to "vote" to maintain their freedom and salvation...became odious even to those seeking their eventual destruction.
You do know what happened that resulted from ignoring the lessons of history, maybe a hundred times or more before...lessons delivered clearly with aformentioned consequences.
How IBM Perpetuated INFOBUCK.COM
From the book: "How One Becomes Wealthy Despite Society's Ignorance and Stupidity"
1. If you are young and in school, don't screw up by wasting time and access to real knowledge.
2. If you are an adult and out of school, get back into a class on a computer related course.
3. You don't have to like a person to learn from them.
4. Parlay your knowledge, build on your successes and learn from your failures.
5. Use your financial resources wisely, spend as little as possible and save as much as possible.
6. Without your health, all of this is for naught. No health, no wealth.
7. Keep a good spiritual balance.
8. Be willing to sacrifice every material possession you have in order to survive and thrive, but never sell your soul.
9. Watch out for those that are close or loyal to you, while watching those that may cause you injury, knowingly or unknowingly.
10. Never ask for that which you have been endowed to get or do for yourself.

Danville, VA NAACP upset about "N Word"
The play "To Kill A Mockingbird" is scheduled to be presented at a local theatre, and some black minister along with the local NAACP are upset because the "N Word" is used in the play. This again represents a case where so-called black leaders have misspent priorities. They say they are offended by the use of the word from a world renowned story celebrated by many black writers, one being Cynthia Tucker, a Pulitzer Prize writer and journalist for the Atlanta Journal & Constitution, and from the same home of the celebrated author, Harper Lee, of which the story takes place.
Where were these black leaders when Governor Bob McDonnell went ahead wanting to celebrate Virginia's Confederate History Month each April...when blacks were called any form of the "N Word" during their enslavement...I didn't hear a peep out of these jacklegs.
I heard on the TJMS that blacks stood in line around the block to celebrate Lil' Wayne at some striptease joint, but these same "N Words" didn't even attempt to go to the polls short of a week before. Again, misspent priorities...and because of this black misleadership, "NWords" could not only be called the "NWord" but quite possibly wearing "N shackles" around their "N necks" being they can't free their "N minds" of such misguided priorities.
Solution..."go Greyhound"?
The photo below shows a nun being patted down by a TSA officer at an airport security check, and I guess this would fall in line with other women of religious faiths having to also be frisked. My solution issued sometime back was don't want to be "security checked"... don't fly.
Times are such that these new rules have to be placed in effect to prevent the possibility of a plane being blown out of the sky by explosive-laced appendages or underwear. Sorry, but it comes with the territory of terrorism, which is why I don't fly...I drive. Next to flying, going by bus can present the same sort of hassle...as I personally discovered when traveling through the state of Arizona.
The clash of modernity and religiosity
The second photo below is that of a Catholic Bishop appealing to the need of modern day "exorcists" to prevail against ancient mythological demons...a ritual going as far back as when the Catholic Church demanded that its following accept the belief that the earth was flat...as discussed in the article "The Vatican seeks more Exorcists" http://theroanoketribune.com/rich_text_27.html
