The "Rope-a-Dope"...Come 2012

For those not familiar, it was the "rope-a-dope" strategy used by Muhammad Ali to defeat George Foreman in the famous boxing match in Zaire. Even more interesting, where did Muhammad Ali come up with this strategy? None other than his mentor...Elijah Muhammad. There is a bit of humor as to the story behind the strategy, but you would have to have been on the inside of the movement to understand and appreciate it. However, also known about Muhammad Ali, and respected by his opponents, was not just his ability to deliver a "knock out" punch but his stamina and resilience in taking them and continuing to battle to the end.

A major bout is emerging in 2012, a game changing political bout and already there are bets on who will come into a match with one who appears to have finessed the art of the "rope-a-dope".

Speculation is that the "Puff Piece" from Alaska might be a front runner, I can imagine "Squeaky From Alaska" debating on the world stage about her experiences chasing "Mama Grizzlies" with crib notes in the palm of her hand? Talking about an exercise in stand-up comedy while witnessing the "roping of a dope"!! I'm already laughing.

Frankly, Sister Sarah is a pretty woman out of Alaska...a world leader like the Secretary of State? Not hardly...and the Secretary experienced a little of that "rope-a-doping" a few years back, if you know what I mean. Besides, I don't see the Republican Party leaders such as the former Governor of Massachusetts and the current Governor of New Jersey outright willing to take a dive or a fall to let it happen.

Making Obama a One-Term President?

A fools' ploy...for this "man of color" is keeping America relative in a world that will be dominated by nations of color...stand back and take a look at any globe...what do you see in the economic and miltary driver's seat that could make what we know as "white" America all but irrelevant...if not extinct?

If you think this nation can ever come back to a position of dominance from its old, white European thought pattern(constitutional conservatism or otherwise) and beckon these nations to do its will as in the past...you are indeed a "ship of fools" facing ominous consequences...being "white" ain't in style anymore on any continent.

I guarantee, you will surmise that you will need this "man of color" in office who represents the face of ever-expanding "colored" humanity, not just for another term, but someone with his stature of diplomacy for terms beyond the second...for an expired white, western paradigm no longer has meaning, credibility, or trust in tomorrow's globe of "coloreds".

Seeking Entrepreneurs...

A few weeks ago, I caught this televised commercial whereby a specialty boot maker, somewhere in the southwest, possibly Texas, expanded his business because his daughter suggested..."if boots, why not purses" thus, the business grabbed a bigger market from this entrepreneurial idea.

The outdated paradigm for businesses in America is seeking employees to expand or profit, but the obsolescence is in the fact that employees come aboard with the intentions of falling into the limitations of doing what that business specifically hired him or her...thus, creativity is all but eliminated.

The Pope's Edict...A Contradiction in Morality?

The Pope gives a "thumbs up" in the use of condoms for illicit, homosexual activity. Hold on...this is not a piece to bash homosexuality just the ever-repetitive dichotomy coming out of Rome...observed by a former actively practicing Catholic.

Recently, the Vatican called for more priests to become trained exorcists to route out the demons in the unsuspecting parishioners, when the "unsuspecting" may have been victims of the priestly demons within the walls of Catholicism.

It talks about religious intolerance in places like China and other non-Christian nations but it will not open the books on its participation during the NAZIs' extermination of millions...if that was tolerance, then "genocide" ranks right up there with the "inquisition".

Back to this issue of illicit, acts of lust between homosexuals, not an exercise in true love, but just old-fashioned "humping" with a "go ahead" as sanctioned by the Vatican. Sorry, but as I have come to conclude...religiosity is the primary reason for humanity's hell on earth with all of its contradicting "dictums".

Celebratin' "Black Friday"...Whoaa Nellie!!

It's that time of the year again...a time for drinking, driving, and virtually killing each other in bouts of commercial greed...and that's just the beginning; for we'll have almost thirty days to blow our household budgets all to hell for this "sacred occasion".

The next thing is to prepare to travel back to our nests of origination to share with family and friends, making sure the liquor bins are filled and stockings hung with glee. For the kids have been told that there's this "jolly ole fellow" from somewhere in the north pole who will be flying a sleigh from Mobile to Mesopotamia leaving more "how-to-for-dummy" gadgets just for being born...oh, and also in honor of some kid out of Bethlehem.

The next stage is preparation for family fist fights over the "gospel bird" after consuming those "drinks of joy" when depression takes its toll over some repressed memory because your siblings got loved more than you by your parents who are asleep in the living room wondering when you idiots are going to go back to your homes.

Finally it's the flight back and men this should be of some consolation, for instead of having to spend what you have left on next month's visit to the doctor's office...all you have to do now is turn your head and cough. Merrryyy Xmas!!

Right Wing Talkers Grasping For Straws to Survive

Just yesterday, a caller to the Rush Limbaugh talk show cited his being upset with the Obama Administration and the TSA security checks, asked if it were time to "take up arms" and I assume to overthrow a legally elected President and newly elected Congress?

Right wing talk show hosts are treading on dangerous grounds in possibly inciting a government overthrow by these idiots that hold on to these talk show terrorists' every venomous thought as gospel...when they are no more than "talk show barkers" trying to sell any ticket that keeps their sponsors satisfied.

I hold the sponsors accountable for this constant urging against our legally elected government that didn't go as far right as the talk show hucksters would have liked, and continuing to foment discord toward that objective. In other words, those sponsors such as "Lifelock" who was just found guilty of misrepresentation would be an example in the participation of possible harm carried out by these listeners. 

I think there should be a government investigation into this rancor promoted by these talk show demagogues, before some of their foolish listeners bring about considerable harm to themselves and to those that might be associated with their potential actions...for Limbaugh, Beck, and the other cowards with their "rants" are simply trying to stave off an inevitable end to their careers.

Jeff Sessions moves to block "DREAM ACT"

US Senator Jeff Sessions, a dyed-in-the-wool, racist redneck from Alabama of whom I'm personally familiar, for we are both from Mobile (he's actually from Russellville) when he wouldn't do a damn thing when I reported to him about white collar crime affecting Americans nationwide...you know the story. He now seeks to deny immigrants access to citizenship for those who volunteer for military service.

Whereas, I may be somewhat reticent about a "pass" on education, because once the education is received, there is no law that says you now have to stay here and help your benefactor with your lifelong knowledge. However, I can think of no higher price an individual can pay to become a citizen of this nation, than putting his or her life on the line to serve and protect it.

I don't see many if any right wing conservatives running to the nearest recruitment office to sign up...just excuses and lip service.

Rangel Receives Final "Fussin' At"

Charles Rangel, D-Harlem, NY going down in infamy, what a pitiful looking idiot, a Negro who thought he could get away with playing the "white boy's game." If he had been a "street black" his sorry behind would be doing fifty to life. Take your medicine and get on with the few years you have left on this earth, knowing that you screwed up, when you could have been in a capacity to actually help street blacks from your Congressional district...instead of yourself first.

Judge a man not by his character, but the color of his race... 

In conjunction with the censure of Charlie Rangel, I just read this morning, that some black bookkeeper in the city of Daphne, AL...a little burb just outside of Mobile, was fired and had to repay approximately $900 he embezzled while in the capacity...giving Black Americans a continual "black eye"...almost like "black friday" symbolizing greed. 

I look at these situations from prominent politicians, jackleg preachers, down to city clerks and come away with one opinion and that is, it's too damn bad we as a race of Black Americans can't go a step farther and kick them out of the "Black American Race"...in light of black men and women that sacrificed their lives for them to get into those various capacities.

Stupidity in my book gets no sympathy, for as they used to tell us in the Navy...if you're looking for sympathy, go to the dictionary and find it between sh*t and syphilis...end of story.
