US Attorney Kenyen R. Brown...Southern District of Alabama
April 15, 2011:
The Preface: "By the way, in the book of which the last story (The Resurrection) was submitted, you can read about the story of my offering "fraud information" about IBM and the government, of which former US Attorney to the District, current Senator Jeff Sessions, failed to see a need to follow-up and didn't. I believe he regrets his decision till this day and beyond, in his failing to protect the American taxpayer. You may even find the file in the DOJ's archives."
"Part of what I do in the field of healthcare technology, is to provide free analysis to patients in not only saving them money and time in getting the most efficient and economical bang for their "medical buck" if you will...but it also includes information about the government subsidizing these services via the various insurance and enhancement programs.
Relative to our exchange about government funded programs such as the Second Chance Act, I have noticed a lack of cooperation with finding candidates for this program with BSCC, Faulkner, Sidney Raine's program and the City of Prichard. They are refusing even to submit information on ex-offenders that they currently have not found a legitimate source of transitioning employment...which causes me concerns when trying to work with these federal and state subsidized outlets, that are not doing all they can (as it appears to me) in getting the job done in behalf of those supposedly of which they are receiving the funds.
Here is a more immediate and direct example. There is an ongoing investigation of the Southwest Virginia Workforce Development Board by the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Labor as filed by my business INFOBUCK.COM for their apparent effort to disavow my becoming a "workforce partner" even though they currently have no minority businesses in said capacity, based on my attending their last "Executive Committee" meeting. I am a nationally certified minority owned business, with a great track record with the BBB, and never a dissatisfied client or customer...nor consultant. I concluded my being turned down for approval was based on race and nothing else...thus the discrimination complaint.
However, what I feel I'm uncovering as I proceed to promote my business with these federally subsidized entitities such as the ones in your district is potential bureaucratic fraud and waste in not getting empirical results in these programs of which they may be receiving tax dollars. Cut backs in entitlements to programs in medicare and medicaid are truly justified when these programs that are supposedly benefitting those dependent upon them, run amok either by fraud or overcharging in meds and services. Therefore, my business has a trillion dollar market to pursue, and I need dependable people to do it...including ex-offenders as of yesterday."
Sincerely...

Judgement Day for Preachers, Pimps, and Politicians
While growing up in Alabama, the only men who drove "Cadillacs" in the black community were preachers, pimps, politicians (numbers runners), and funeral directors. Flip Wilson, the now deceased black comedian had this stand up routine that went something like this, what does the number one consumer of Cadillacs have to say? The response was "dem white folks sho' make some fine cars..."
Not a lot has changed since my early days for these individuals are still generally the ones driving or being chauffered in Cadillacs. You can now add those blacks in the "sport and play" field...offering very little economic sustinence to their community as a whole...just individual material bling. The black community remains basically a poverty stricken area. A satellite image of any black community at night in America reveals why it's called "darkie town"...a lack of luminescence because of poverty.
So, "the Fed" has to apply budget cuts and like any business, there should be some sort of empirical results for monies received from taxpayers. Stop with the political generalities and scare tactics by politicians on all sides of the issues. Take a sharp pencil and show in easily to understand terms as to where each dollar goes and the results from those dollars to every domestic item on the table...with the bottom line return on investment.
Churches don't have to be held accountable to their congregation for monies coming in, that's why a preacher can be seen riding around the community in a Cadillac, while his church sets in a neighborhood of squalor. Pimps and pushers take advantage of their business base by enslavement mentally, spiritually, and physically... capitalism at its worst. Politicians have been applying the same tact with American taxpayers as their victim...thus, it's "Judgement Day" and none too soon.
Misguided Black Politicians
From Real Clear Politics: "Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. Blames The iPad for Killing Jobs"
"Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr. (D-IL), who admits to owning an iPad, blames the Apple Inc. product for eliminating thousands of American jobs."
Why this is an ignorant-ass assertion, I submit?
Junior says bookstores and newspapers are being closed due to the progress in American technology. Well, Junior you've only seen the beginning. It is almost as if you are saying, that America should have never industrialized the automobile because of all the buggy makers that would be displaced.
Now, if that is not ignorant-ass reasoning, I don't know what is...and these are supposedly black America's leaders for the next generation??
Open Letter to Ken Coale, Chief Probation Officer...U.S. Probation Office in Mobile, AL
April 28, 2011
Mr Coale:
I have tried to make contact with you concerning an upcoming workshop to be held at Bishop State Community College on May 12, 2011, to which I got your voice mail twice. Likewise, the same with your assistant Ms Connie McMullen. Unfortunately, I have found this to be the case when trying to get a reasonable response from just about any federal bureaucracy...of which this does not make you the exception...just typical of tax supported agencies that may be on the chopping block.
The reason for my call is to see if I can get the 125 ex-offenders of which I have been informed that you carry on your roster, eligible for an online training program via BSCC. I just can't believe that you and your office are so busy that you can't return a phone call to a taxpayer who's trying to provide a source of income for those out-of-work ex-offenders.
Complaint to The United States Department of Justice, May 6, 2011(Faxed 301-341-0772)
Regards: Office of US Ass't Attorney Kenyen R. Brown, Southern District of Alabama, Mobile, AL P: 251-441-5845, F: 251-441-5277:
Attorney Brown,
In lieu of the fact that I can't get a definitive response from your office, leaves me no alternative except to file an official complaint with the DOJ in DC. This situation reminds me of the time when I had a similar non-cooperative response about corporate fraud when I submitted a complaint to Jeff Sessions' office via FBI agent Arnold Hunt, of which they took no action.
I guess that was due to the fact that a black person was pulling the cover off of white folks. That was understandable during that old Jim Crow bastion of bastards. I somehow thought we may have progressed beyond that...perhaps not?
With the help of ex-offenders, I intend to pursue areas of fraud in the health care profession with or without the support of your office, beginning in Mobile. This is simply a heads up. Sincerely...
