"Crony Capitalism"...America's Peril

The right wingers keep repeating...tax cuts for the wealthy, who can afford to pay a little more from their "obscene profits" while the overall economy has declined, going back over a decade, in addition to the use of "capitalism"...which I believe they're referring to a free enterprise market system... both are hollow arguments in purpose and deeds. 

America has not operated on a totally "free market" or capitalist's paradigm since Adam Smith's revelation on the subject. A truly free market system or purely profit/loss (capitalism) is unfettered competition with new and innovative products or services to improve a society and that of its inhabitants. What came out of "crony capitalism" was slavery, a civil war, and the deaths of 600,000 Americans...one hell of a price to pay for a falsely based economic paradigm. Unfortunately, with the exception of a few inventions in transportation, communication, and computerization, America has been operating on "crony capitalism" aided and abetted by  politicians in cahoots with big corporations that dance to each other's beat.

 I saw this close up when I worked for IBM which controlled about 75% of federal government computer contracts, as well as local and state's, for those who could afford it. You can read about how they destroyed people like An Wang of Wang Computers, as well as any other competitors before they could get off the drawing board...until Thomas Watson met his match in Bill Gates and Steve Jobs. This is the way capitalism should really work, by improving the market's products and services for the consumers...not maintaining the status quo of "back-scratching cronyism"  which eventually brought down "Big Blue"...and can do the same to America, if not vigilant.

Perry of Texas Pissed !!

It appears that the Governor Perry of Texas is upset with the federal government in general and the Obama administration in particular, for not declaring Texas a disaster when doing so for Alabama. This also is the case with the Governor of Virginia for not getting a swifter response from the Fed following the tornadoes that struck a nearby hamlet called Pulaski, while he, McDonnell, didn't bother to make a courtesy call until almost a week later. I believe Missouri, the "show-me state," rejected "Affordable Healthcare" is likewise whimpering about slow federal response after its bout with mother nature. 

What do the Republican cry babies have in common?  Just a gut full of crow-eating hypocrisy. They have all to my knowledge been asking for less intrusion in their state's affairs from healthcare to welfare...in other words, more state's rights, we'll go it alone, the "show me politicos". It appears mother nature has just shown what kind of divine ass-whupping can be in store for those mortals who get too cocky about the roles of God and country. Right now, these states are begging for any kind of care available from Uncle Sam...Obamacare or whatever you want to call it.

Religious Criticism...Justified?

I have long been an outspoken critic of religiosity and all the various forms that it comes in to assault modernity's common sense. I ask myself is this criticism justified? You may ask the same. Most religions in the west are based on the philosophy of Jesus Christ, the name given by most religionists, with other various multi-lingual translations. Nevertheless, his philosophy has been miscued by the self-aggrandizers, the egotistical, the sado/masochists, the enslavers, and the abusers...just to name a few distortionists.

I just read where the Christian Brothers Institute has had to file for bankruptcy in a statement released just this past Thursday, April 28, 2011 for alleged abuses. What I know about this Catholic order  is their being at schools such as St. Emma's Military Academy in Virginia. My biological father, now deceased, of whom we never had a close father-son relationship attended this academy...although, his never mentioning anything about abuses. The great grandson of Booker T. Washington, who still lives, also attended this academy. I wonder what his thoughts are about this institution?

I guess if I have to structurally classify my personal outlook on religion and God, I would say they are two separate entities of which this "judgement" is coming about, uncovering the demons within who use the life of a "Godly" man for their devilish destruction of both adults and children alike.

Tavis Smiley...On Point!!

I just caught Tavis Smiley's commentary on the CBS Sunday Morning News, and I have to say I have not in a long time heard such an intelligent, highly focused response about this, excuse my street connotation..."birther bullsh*t."

I was in Winston-Salem, NC yesterday, to visit Winston-Salem State University in my promotion of  an online training program for ex-offenders. It just so happened that Tavis was in town also, doing a book signing on his latest release..."Fail-Up". I didn't bother to stop in, for I had a schedule to keep as did he...in his getting back to give that awesome, on point commentary this morning.

I have openly mocked Tavis's comments that were overly critical, if not very negative of the President's performance, relative to the overall progress of black communities in America. This morning, he pointed out that we can be critical of our President, but likewise we should be publicly and fully supportive of him when he has to combat such "bullsh*t" from  the mongrel hordes of racist birthers, led by an all-American whoremonger from the world of gamblers and hustlers.

Okay, let's take off the sheets and know what the racists, right wing conservatives (constitutionalists), T-baggers, Birthers, etc. are truly seeking in this 2012 election...return of white authority over the rest of the people of color in this nation. 

Right now, the only potential candidate with that sort of platform in mind is none other than the all time nigger-hating, kike-killing, chink-hunting, spic-spitting, dago-daring, muslim-mocking, faggot-fearing, wet-back wailing, and "wasp wannabes"(mics, pollocks)...David Duke.

If these white racists say that's not true about their concern with a black President, know that they are lying swine and the truth is not in them...and, fast becoming the earth's minority in a world populated by a majority of those with melanin, slanted eyes, kinky and curly hair.

Got Melanin??  Better get some, for you're beginning to stand out like a sore thumb, if not just a sore, that's infected humanity for about six millennia.

Rush Limbaugh..."Talent on Loan From G.O.D."

Or is it talent on loan from G.A.W.D?  Anyway, I have concluded that G.O.D. is an acronym "Good Ole Devil" whereas G.A.W.D. is "Great All White Devil" or some in the east might call the "Great Satan". If you white folks and "white-folk wannabes" that have your noses so far up Limbaugh's butt (like "nosey-gnome Levin") that you can't see daylight...you're simply pitiful. False prophets have always led to the destruction of peoples and societies, but only at the voluntary urging of those that choose to follow...led by their noses.

Bread and Butter Issues...

The bureaucratic failure to address these issues will mean defeat for Obama in 2012. It will not be because of birther's complaints led by "Chump Trump" or whether the taking out of Bin Laden emboldens America's foreign policy, or reducing the debt and deficit as espoused by the right wing Republicans, and surely not the expected cadre of contenders vying for his job...except one...Ron Paul. Why?

Paul will vanquish him in this election by offering to slash fifty per cent of Federal bureaucracy and almost as much in domestic and foreign entitlements...which would guarantee budget revival in the eyes of the world. It would appear that the Obama administration does not in fact have the "guts" to do this in what is an emerging global society.

I say that from my presently being involved with both the Departments of Labor and Justice, where I can't receive any definitive responses on direction in trying to assist in resolving at least one major bread and butter issue...excessive unemployment. These bureaucrats seem too damn busy with saving their asses as opposed to saving the future of America's voters, who will retaliate by ushering in a candidate like Ron Paul.

Bin Laden's Bank Accounts

All this fuss about the right wing's demands to see the death pics, what about the bank routing numbers? I'm sure if this man was  as "obscenely" rich as proclaimed, in being able to finance "terror activity" from his bunker, there would have to be some connections in that stash of "intel" to show how he was able to do it. After all, you can't keep terrorists alive and active on glory alone...they need money for supplies, bread, and beans.

I am willing to bet that those financial documents may lead to the Saudi regime, due for an overthrow, being laundered through some western banks, and funneled via Pakistan...just a hunch. I would even go so far as to say that Pakistan has been playing ends against the middle or what we might call "double dipping" in their perpetuating western fear of what if Al Quaida got control of its nuclear weapons? Consequently, a few million to turn a blind eye to their "residential terrorist" while collecting a few billion from Uncle Sam for pretending to look for him...I smell corruption.
